Like the Phoenix Urban Forest Shade Tree Project, City owned properties which have not yet been developed as a Park, should benefit from the funding that extends to Parks already constructed. Homeowners who live near an undeveloped Park property need a sign that advises them of authorized funding for design work and construction as well as the planned start date. We also need Shade Trees that can be planted now before the Park if built.
