Regarding the response time for First Arriving, none of the districts are meeting the 5-minute standard which is concerning, especially District 2 and they are the only people that aren’t meeting the EMS help within 10 minutes. Is there a way to add another EMS team to a station with the highest calls for EMS in that area? They may have the lowest numbers of calls but the people in District 2 are waiting the longest time for help in the city of Phoenix and need more help.
