I think we need to identify who are the true stakeholders? The families who want a park that is clean and safe for their children to play in. A city who wants events to bring families back to the park to bring the communities together? Tax payers who want to invest in clean and safe city parks. Our parks are not campsites or medical facilities. Medical services should not be in our City Parks.
