We need surplus with having state legislators that have hurt the city funding in many ways in the past We have also had the federal government grants etc. frozen or pulled back. It's hard to say where we can truly count on them. More funding needed to our sworn public safety and all sworn pensions to increase and retain them. We are short handed and as a north Phoenix resident ALL parts of the city need more police. And Safe Outdoor Space needs to be increase as some people can't handle shelters
