Water needs are changing growth businesses (data centers, corporations coming ) and population I would like the terms up to 5 years (instead 10 years) with authority approve two 3 years (instead 5) and transactional agreement span of up to 15 years (instead 25) Probably same number of years for decades but water needs changing Our water crisis continue more growth and drought level change Please be more proactive
