Is this waiver for just the site on Palm Lane held by Hanson Capital that has data centers across the country or for all Data Centers in Phoenix? This will set precedent for the others to get around the rules. Especially for the corporations who have lawyers just to get around rules. Homeowners may have diminished market values for their home because of data centers as more and more of these come to Phoenix. Maybe the rules need to be revised especially the water reuse should be more than 30%.

I do not support any data centers being built in Arizona. We do not want data centers and the issues they impose on our communities.
