We want the parks to open because it is a good space to meet up with friends outdoors . We want to reunite the community again.

Please keep health & safety as a top priority. Exposures are down due to spatial distancing & may increase & burden our healthcare systems if we open everything back up. We are functioning well virtually & don’t need to risk the health & safety of everyone. Just because we WANT to be back to normal, doesn’t mean that we are actually able to do that yet. How will masks be reinforced if buildings and services are opened back up? Why is this being discussed and considered prior to a vaccine?

Please reopen our parks and public libraries as these are services tax payers fund and should have the ability to utilize. In addition children need opportunities to learn and move their bodies and parks and libraries provide this opportunities especially for families who do not have access to play spaces or books in/around the home.

Please open our parks and reserves at full capacity. We want to discontinue driving to the East Valley and providing business to them when we can do that i our own city. We know more than we did in March and families are in need of park access.

Frontline workers will be at an increased risk for spreading and contracting COVID-19, especially during the upcoming cold and flu season. Family centers should remain over the phone and online.

Please open the parks and libraries for the mental and physical health of children and families. These taxpayer funded benefits need to be open for use.

I oppose this. From my understanding, these meeting have been held virtually and there have been no major issues. Ultimately, the well-being of the employees and those with appointments is at risk. We CANNOT put them at risk. We’ve just begun to start recovering. Let’s not take 10 steps back.

Support reopening park amenities. Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa and other cities have had their park amenities and volleyball courts open & accessible for months already. Phoenix residents are still doing these activities but instead of having everyone spread out over the whole of Maricopa County, we're forced to overcrowd the parks and volleyball courts in neighboring cities which is counterproductive and increases the public health risk.

I oppose to opening family services. I know things must be extremely frustrating at the moment but if we open things up they will only worsen and continue to be more frustrating. Opening up will only put the public and workers at risk. There are stubborn people out there who think masks are doing bad rather than good we cannot risk this.

I oppose to the opening of the family services centers. If they can continue to provide services virtually without affecting the public why take the risk? It seems like a few more months might save clients and employees from getting infected with COVID, then I think opening is an unnecessary risk.

Family centers should remain over the phone and online seeing as those services can be provided in this manner for the safety of the taxpayers and employees.

Please open our playgrounds and unlock our swings! There is consensus outdoor activities and fresh air minimize spread of the virus and there is very low risk of any transmission from surfaces. We know much more than we did in March; it is time to open the playgrounds. Other cities have had their playgrounds open for months; but, many Phoenix families lack the ability to travel far to give their children exercise on the playground. Please open our playgrounds and let our children play!

Keep Family Service Centers closed until end of the year to protect both the employees and the public from Covid-19 infection. Influenza season is beginning and will exacerbate spread of infection. Services can continue via online and phone communication. The safety of employees is paramount, Covid-19 is still not under control and a vaccine is not expected until 2021. Although the centers will be closed, services can continue to be provided in a prudent manner. Vote no on reopening!

Please open our parks! Our children have been thru enough and deserve a place to play and have fun. Learning isn’t just books and laptops, learning can also be done thru play! Let our children play!

Our libraries and outdoor public amenities like parks and playground facilities should be reopened immediately. Other cities are open. It's time for Phoenix to open. We pay taxes to be able to utilize these facilities and should be able to exercise our rights to utilize these services. Phoenix citizens deserve to a place to exercise and enjoy the outdoors which is critical for mental health. Please vote yes to open parks and city services.

Open the city parks and playgrounds! Kids need to be outside. Vitamin D is healthy. Kids are not an age group with a high risk of contacting or spreading Covid. Mental health for families is important. Open the parks!

This orchestrated , planned, false, health crisis is all about forced vaccinations, digital id, increased tracking and surveillance, digital money and conveniently timed for an election. This has been a brilliant deception. Communist China is the model. Rockefeller Foundation 2010 Lockstep has been implemented. "Covid-like" cases?, dubious testing for anti-bodies?? No epidemic without manipulated stats, media fear, and the medical and government going along. It's time we the people say, no more!

Please open the parks and facilities. Children need a place to run and play. Families can and should be trusted to make responsible decisions regarding what’s best for their families. We should be able to enjoy the amenities that our taxes are paying for.
