Police need to do their jobs. There shouldn't be any changes to use of force. I also demand that the Mayor and City Council, mgr, city attorney, all communicate with PLEA. Especially you Carlos Garcia. Your the worst City Council person ever. All you've done is lie to us at Deck Park Vista. I have no internet and had to ask someone to come help me do this. We're abused and neglected. We honor our Police & in our very dangerous neighborhood need them to do their jobs. Shame on you Carlos.
There are no “reforms” that can be made to the police’s use of force policy. The fact that the police use force at all is harmful. The fact that the police exist at all is harmful. The police have shown in places like Minneapolis that “chokehold bans” are ineffective and have done nothing to prevent brutal murders by police. Our community members are facing political prosecutions for speaking out against anti-Black brutality and murders and you are wasting our time. Drop all charges now!
I opposed. Law enforcement needs to do their jobs. You can't tell them how much force to use on a criminal jacked up on meth, pcp, crack. It takes 6 large officer's to hold a man down on drugs like this. I want to see Phoenix Law Enforcement Association involved with this decision making process, not just civilian Police hater's like Carlos 08 & his Poder in Action minions. This is absurd and I demand that PLEA is involved & all council & mayor communicate with PLEA on a regular basis!
Political prosecution is use of force. The police are silencing protesters by racking up FALSE felony street gang charges. We demand that STOPS now! PPD STOP all violent attacks of peaceful protesters with tear gas, rubber bullets, and LRADs by PPD. Compare the treatment of BLM protesters to how MCSO treats trump supporters protesting the election. LEO are shameless, violent, & sick. City Council & Mayor it is your job to serve your constituents. Reduce harm now or we'll vote you out.

I've brought this up numerous times as well as hundred's of other's, the Mayor and Council, Especially Carlos Garcia my Councilman who could care a less about his district, the safety, potholes, crime etc... Needs to communicate with the Police- PLEA on a regular basis.
