I respectfully request that you DENY PHO-1-19-Z-165-06-7/8. This high density development is completely incompatible land use with the area south of Carver Foothills and has amounted to spot zoning for the last 14 years. Instead please support the community, LVPC, Planning Staff, 4 Planning Commissioners and Vice Mayor Garcia on agenda item 125 PUD Z-60-20-8 by APPROVING AS RECOMMENDED BY THE LAVEEN VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE (46 LOTS).

I request that you DENY PHO-1-19-Z-165-06-7/8 and instead please support the community, LVPC, Planning Staff, 4 Planning Commissioners and Vice Mayor Garcia's proposal on agenda item 125: PUD Z-60-20-8. The 46 lots in item 125 better align with the surrounding area and provides a reasonable compromise between the residents and applicants. The zoning should have reverted as per the original stipulation which unfortunately didn't happen.

I oppose PHO-1-19-Z-165-06-7/8 and request you deny it as filed. I support the 46 lot proposal made by the LVPC. Building high density does not fit this unique area made up of large lots.

I strongly oppose agenda item 126. I encourage you to support the community and deny this item as filed. I support the 46 lot proposal supported by the LVPC and Vice Mayor Garcia. Our unique community is made up of large lots and is an escape from the city for most of us. Building high density does not fit this area AT ALL!

Please let’s end the waste of all of our time, tax payer’s money, and resources and do the right thing and execute a duty that you are legally obligated to complete – Zoning reversion of PHO-1-19-Z-165-06-7(8) as stated in stipulation 19. If that cannot be accomplished at this time, please simply DENY the case as filed. It was wrong fourteen years ago and this spot zoned parcel is not compatible land use today.
    Respectfully opposed,
    Judy Brown

I am opposed to agenda item 126 and I respectfully ask that you deny this item. Please support our neighborhood and the community, the LVPC, LCRD and vice Mayor Garcia on this case. A high density development in this area is no responsible land use.

I request that you deny PHO-1-19-Z-165-06-7(8). Please, every corner of Phoenix does not need to be covered with high density housing projects. Somehow, a dozen years ago, the local residents wishes were ignored and this property was rezoned for higher density. There is a another proposal that will aloow 46 lots on this site. More than the surrounding areas but a compromise being offered by the local residents.

I am in total opposition to PHO-1-19-Z-165-06-7(8). The maximum development for this parcel must be 46 lots - no more. I urge you to listen to the community. VIce Mayor Garcia, and the Laveen Village Planning Committee, and show leadership by voting down this agenda item.
    Respectfully,
    Elizabeth Banta
