Owner has great Caribbean restaurant plan w/ traditional mimosas w/ her food. Owner listened to remove hookah component. She's made interior & outside safety changes. Through emails & conversations with owner, & impromptu site chat when I drove by & saw people, I believe the restaurant can handle a liquor license. Mimosas will enhance business & elevate it to a dining experience w/ no community detriment. Plans take out food option, too. I'm excited to have this ethnic restaurant to eat at.
