Pushing people further into the margins solves nothing! Create solutions for our housing crisis, not more problems by further policing and harassing people with nowhere to go. In a pandemic we MUST protect our most vulnerable, especially those who are unable to “shelter in place” as they are shelter-less! Vote NO on 91 - find solutions! House people! Be human towards other humans! Protect our most vulnerable community members and vote no against this prop

Instead of working hard to combat homelessness you criminalize the people you had a hand in making homeless. This city has failed its people and therefor resulted in the spike of homelessness this year. Where do you expect these people to go? Shelters are flooded there’s no where to go but government officials still get to lay in their warm bed at night while people search for a ground to sleep on. This is wrong and you know it

NO. Stop the state violence. This city council has caused gentrification, over-policing and death of some many people. Stop the violence, stop the criminalization of people. TO EXIST IS NOT A CRIME. Our community needs resources, we need housing, medical services, and sooo many other things. It is not OK to criminalize people for existing.

I vehemently oppose this item. It should not become private property. Stop criminalizing homelessness, and instead, look out for these people. These are OUR people. Where should they go? Step it up Phoenix.

I do not support criminalizing our homeless community. This does not thing to further support and empower the community we live in. We need to protect the people.

Please do not take this action. It is not humane and further harms unsheltered people who already have very few options to take shelter and have some semblance of home in our city. During this holiday season when so many are suffering the effects of COVID-19 and economic depression, please prioritize human dignity over a misguided desire to sanitize our streets from the reality of human suffering.

This is terrible and puts people at risk. You shouldn’t punish people for being poor.

This does nothing for the unsheltered community. They deserve care and place to live, not to be treated as criminals.

Please vote no. This is not in the best interest of the community. We should not be making anything more difficult for our unhoused neighbors.

we create socio-economic disparities and then punish people for it. Being an unhoused individual does not mean you are without rights or should go without support from the community.

This vote will show if Council truly values Human Life and Human Rights or not. Be on the right side of history. Do not displace our unsheltered neighbors!

The homeless have enough worries without being shifted around constantly. Please take some time to consider honestly what you would feel if the roles were reversed.

Protect our unsheltered people in our community. This is not the way.

We should be looking at ways to help the unsheltered community and not ways to further criminalize being poor and having no where to go.
