Pass the OAT, it is the least the city council can do.

I oppose this ordinance because we need our law enforcement officers to maintain order and safety in our neighborhoods and in particular those area of Phoenix which experience high percentages of crime. We are presently short of officers. This is also a plan to federalize our police in the future. Never a good idea.

Any OAT ordinance should adhere to the bills passed by the Arizona legislature and signed into law by our governor

As an actual tax paying resident of Phoenix, and not an outside-of-Phoenix resident coming to cast an opinion: Vote No on agenda item 89.
This agenda item will pay for people, inexperienced in the public safety field, to pass judgements on employees who are already hard to come by. Agenda item 89 would employ people to do jobs that already exist within the city. This wastes taxpayer money which could be reallocated for other services which the anti-police and pro-police groups agree on and need

No to 89! This hurts law and order drastically, enables radical agendas and makes our city UNSAFE!! This type of oversight is not needed and can be abused by radical people who want to change our society based on race…crazy town

Vote NO on Agenda Item 89! Enough is enough! If you don’t like living in a democratic republic then move to Venezuela or Cuba! What is wrong with you people! You are sick! My grandparents were persecuted and fled communism to live free in this great country and you are trying to destroy it!

As a homeowner and taxpayer in Phoenix for 20+ years I am 100% OPPOSED to this horrific ordinance!! Our police force needs MORE funding for training and updated tactical gear!! Not to mention funding for mental health!! Please do not turn Phoenix into another San Francisco or NYC!!!

Strongly oppose........ Do not DEFUND THE POLICE. Behave like normal rational people and think of the consequences. If you have a problem you will call the remaining police, but us citizens will not have the same protections as you self entitled politicians. You leave the citizens of Arizona with only the option of protecting our own from criminal behavior if you "defund the police"

I strongly oppose this. STOP DEFUND THE POLICE IN PHOENIX! We do not need an office of accountability without any oversight or accountability on the taxpayer's dime . This is just another attempt to defend the police. We MUST support our police and provide them with proper training and stop making them villains. This is NOT the answer to police reform.

As a resident of Phoenix and a registered voter, I'd prefer that we gave more funding to our police for training and mental health help. I greatly oppose putting money into this office of accountability.

STOP DEFUND THE POLICE IN PHOENIX!
BLM and ANTIFA are domestic terrorists. Arizonans need safety and peace not distraction, burning businesses, riots, and
division! Reopen Arizona, stop this mask tyranny and restart our economy.

I strongly oppose this. We do not need an office of accountability on the taxpayer's dime without any oversight or accountability. We know this is just another attempt to defend the police. We need to support or police and provide them with proper training and stop making them villains. They also deserve due process in all circumstances. Vote No on agenda item 89.

I oppose a citizen review board, please do not pass this. Police should be supported. FYI police come in all races, they come in all religious backgrounds and they come together for the common goal of protecting the citizens of our city. And someone’s grand scheme to try to disable them from doing their jobs to allow citizens with no training, or knowledge, who may or may not have had situations where they have a grudge due to wrongs on their part or part of a family member is idiotic.
