I'll keep this short and sweet, FIRE Garcia, he's a radical that this City has no use for. As far as I'm concerned find a replacement for Williams too\, and Gallegos for sure.

    Carlos Garcia must be removed.

He is a radical and his frequent appearances with mass liberation Arizona show that

    I support Jeri

He has a danger to Public safety

Mayor and City Council members, please consider that accountability for the city must start at your office as elected representatives. It seems clear that Vice Mayor Garcia violated the city charter and city code. That may not have been his intent, but that has never been justification for innocence. Enforce your own laws and remove Garcia from office. Your actions are not a decision, but rather an edict and failure to comply means all of you place yourselves above the law.

In solidarity with directly impacted leadership I repeat the demands we’ve stated since November and place responsibility for PPD’s violence in city council’s hands. If City Council wants to actually advocate for true justice and accountability, they need to fire Ed, Jeri, and all the cops involved AND pay reparations to the people whose lives were ruined by these political prosecutions. We don’t need more ceremonial investigations! We need you to defund Phoenix PD.

If the citizens of Phoenix wanted our Police Department neutered, creating lawlessness and anarchy, we would move to Portland, Seattle or San Francisco. Follow the City Charter Vice-Mayor Carlos Garcia has violated and fire him now. I support Chief of Police Jeri Williams 100%. Carlos Garcia does not care about the rule of law, the safety of the people of Phoenix, or the protection of business owners and he has a radical political agenda that is not welcome in Phoenix.

Garcia should be removed from office. He violated the city charter.

This Council has absolutely no business reviewing the Ballard Spahr report until they complete the duty of our City Charter by removing Carlos Garcia from office. He violated the Charter, and it's plainly written that the consequence is removal from office. By continuing any meetings with his presence, you create a conflict of interest and violate our City Charter. Fire Carlos. Keep Chief Jeri Williams, who has protected our City from violent crime despite the reckless policies by the Council.

FIRE Ed Zuercher, Chief Williams, Sgt. McBride, all officers involved in gang charges against protesters, and all officers who aided in the circulation of the Neo-Nazi challenge coin. Revoke the pensions of all involved officers, including former officers. Disband TRU, DOU, SID, and Assaults Detail. Disband PLEA. AZPOST must decertify all involved officers. Reallocate funding from the disbanded TRU, DOU, SID, and Assaults Detail units for reparations to every person politically targeted by PPD.

I want District 8 Councilman Garcia fired for making any comments on who to fire (Charter violation). I support Chief Williams and I’m confident in her ability to lead and make appropriate changes as she sees fit.

Fire Garcia immediately for violating Charter.

Vice Mayor Carlos Garcia violated the law and the consequence per the City Charter is removal from office!

Now he's trying to fire Phoenix Police Chief Jeri Williams, the City Manager, and the police units responsible for stopping riots. He's also trying to remove pro-police Councilwoman Anne O'Brien from the Public Safety and Justice subcommittee.

As mayor, it’s time for you act like a leader and stop the madness. Fire Garcia now!

As a Phoenix citizen of district 4, I comment in solidarity with directly impacted leadership and repeat the demands we’ve stated since November. I support Chief Jeri Williams as the person best qualified to correct the problems in the Phoenix Police Department that were identified by the independent investigations and the DOJ. I do not support any move to have her fired or removed from her position.

Please uphold the Phoenix city charter and code, and get Garcia out! This is not even a matter of opinion but adherence to what has been determined by law. He is clearly OUT OF LINE and Phoenix cannot be a city where politicians run around unchecked. It's now a matter of follow through. Please do it.

We cannot continue the illogical, illegal and unsupported actions like those of Carlos Garcia to defund the police. If he has violated the City Charter, he must go immediately, today. The constitutional condition of the Phoenix City Council to represent the public is in question if we continue to allow anarchists, communists' and at best socialist's to drive our laws and politics. Fire Carlos Garcia today!

Fire Carlos Garcia. We do not need a liberal anti-police person in our local government. He is FOR allowing protestors to freely roam our streets, such as Antifa, who has ruined cities like Portland Or and also Seattle, WA. He must go! Keep police chief Geri Williams!,
