I'm a native Phoenician, former USAF Security Police veteran, and grandfather of children whose father is a third-generation Phoenix firefighter. To require my son-in-law to either receive an injection against his will or forfeit his ability to support his family is unconscionable. There are alternative methods to both protect him and the public he serves, so I strongly urge you to oppose the government mandate and do what's right to protect the public and their servants...

To keep it simple, this is proudly a free country and the American people should be treaded as such. Being forced to take a vaccine strips away any freedom to make a personal choice. That is just wrong, I strongly oppose.

I STRONGLY Oppose! One word describes this attempt to trample on the constitution....Pathetic!
How soon we forget the many sacrifices these hard working individuals have made to continue to navigate this madness.
You all should be ashamed of yourselves to even consider this.

Do not attack innocent families who disagree with you by taking their jobs. If you do act wickedly against innocent citizens, you will be held accountable. Will you say to the many many families you impact, "Let them eat cake."

    STRONGLY OPPOSE!

The citizens and guests in our great city are going to suffer. The morale of city employees was decimated by this mandate.

Officers are worried about making it to retirement or having to find other jobs.

We serve faithfully risking our lives daily without government intervention in choices for our personal health.

We should not have to ask for exemptions to an unconstitutional order.

I pray for your decisions, but more importantly for you to know the Truth. Jn8:32

This is unconstitutional and unnecessary. I support choice and that is why I’m an American. Stop this mandate nonsense to a vaccine that is hardly effective.

I strongly oppose this mandate. Myself and many others have gone to work through this pandemic when there was no vaccine available, it should remain our choice to continue working without the vaccine. As a young, healthy person who has already had covid and has continuously tested positive for antibodies, it does not make logical sense for me to currently be vaccinated. It is up to each individual to make their own choices about their health, not any city official without a medical background.

Wife of a dedicated fireman of 14 years and I OPPOSE. The order imposes on PERSONAL rights and the livelihood of countless citizens, unwarranted. To put so many lovely lives in this position to push for a vaccine that is green and unproven, is unnecessary for a virus that has a 99% survival rate. PLEASE oppose, as more harm will come than good if supported. The affects this would have on countless workers, families and the community, greatly outweighs the unproven "benefits" of the order.

It is illegal and inhumane to force employees to share their personal medical status, and furthermore, to require something not fully researched or approved, defying Governor Ducey’s executive order and the laws of our great nation. It is appalling and disgusting that City powers-that-be would force this in an effort to save face and, dare I say, earn additional funding from a corrupt Federal government by mandating this and by doing so, violate our natural, God-given right to medical freedom.

This City Mandate that is not a Law set forth by the US Government should not be implemented or forced on any City, county, or state personnel. The ability to decide one’s own medical choice is, and will always be, up to that individual not a Government entity. This action of forced medical tyranny will only hurt the city’s workers, citizens, and community by affecting crucial services constantly relied on. Providing medical CHOICE instead of a mandate is good for all of the city’s population.

Highly Oppose the Vaccine Mandate. This is AMERICA! Land of the FREE and home of the BRAVE! With LIBERTY and JUSTICE for ALL. No one should be forced to do something they may not want to do especially if it has the possibility of disrupting their career and livelihood! How is that right? This will only have a negative impact. Many examples in other cities: multiple facilities closed down, limited manning, slower response times, low morale. What happened to the freedom of CHOICE!? STOP Mandates!

Any one of you that vote for this barbaric bio-weapon should be charged with Nuremberg Code Violations. In case you are not aware, in the Justice System the penalty for violation is death as that is the sentence that you would be putting on many people that you force into this mandate. Read this Nuremberg Code and tell me how this Experimental Technology (not a vaccine) is not in violation of this Code.

These vaccines are not vaccines by definition- they do not grant immunity. If the city of Phoenix truly cared about saving lives - they wouldn’t kick our first responders to the curb at the time they’re needed most. Look no further than SF / NY to see our future of skyrocketing crime if this mandate is enforced. JUST SAY NO to the mandate!!!

OPPOSE! I have watch my father work countless hours while sick, injured whatever it was to make sure people were safe. Now with only a few years left and nearly 60 years old he risks losing his job, retirement, pension, everything due to a vaccine that has been proven more times than not to not work but only cause more hurt. I can’t begin to believe this is how we should treat the men and woman risking their lives for others daily.

OPPOSE! I am in complete disagreement with the Covid19 vaccine mandate for anyone and especially our Phx Fire and Phx PD! They have been on the FRONT LINES the entire time putting themselves at risk! MANY have already had C-19 and have immunity! Each person needs to make their OWN DECISION on the vaccine for themselves! We absolutely DO NOT need any more reasons for Phx PD Officers to retire OR resign!! We already have a SEVERE shortage of PD! We cannot afford to lose more needlessly!

I strongly oppose the C-19 vaccine mandate. I have served the citizens of Phoenix for 14 yrs as a Fire Fighter and based on my past year experience, I am concerned with the side effects of this vaccine. The amount of abnormal cardiac events that are present in patients after being vaccinated is most alarming to me. I will not risk getting this vaccine. This unconstitutional mandate will cause the city to loose too many employees, response times will increase and more lives will be in danger.

DO NOT enforce an unconstitutional mandate on your employees. The US Courts have put a stay on the OSHA mandate. This procedure is experimental and long term risks are unknown. There are very real risks as VAERS data shows. Vaccinated and unvaccinated are equally at risk of getting and transmitting the virus. The City cannot afford the risk they are taking at loss of critical manpower in already hemorrhaging Police and Fire Departments.
