City workers, like every American Citizen, gets their rights and liberties from God. We The People have inalienable rights and as a result we have medical freedom and sovereignty of our bodies. Legislation that calls for disrupting such freedom goes against the constitution and those imposing such tyrannical methods are not only breaking their oaths to the constitution but violating the law. Please make the right decision and see to it that city workers maintain their medical choice and freedom

This mandate is WRONG! No one should ever be forced to put something in their own body in order to keep their job. The vaccine does not keep one from getting COVID or spreading it, and that is a fact based on history of the vaccine so far. This is unconstitutional, and punishes so many that worked through the pandemic without FEAR of it. This mandate will cripple our already struggling economy, and keep good employees from working in City positions.

I can’t begin to describe how disappointed I am hearing the news of this vaccine mandate that you are implementing on your employees. Aren’t you supposed to be for your employees? They keep this city running and have been doing their jobs since the beginning of the pandemic. No one should be forced to choose between their livelihoods and a personal medical decision. We all know now that the vaccine does not prevent anyone from contracting COVID. You must put and end to this now

I am a veteran of foreign wars and I stand against mandatory vaccinations. We live in a country that is based on freedom and choice. Myself and my fellow soldiers did not fight for our country to have our rights taken. Do not force us in this medical tyranny.
Allow us to have a choice just as those who choose to vaccinate have their choice.
These vaccinations do not seem safe at this time.

Our first responders alone have dealt with COVID-19 firsthand through the entire pandemic, caring for and transporting those affected by the virus. They didn’t have the opportunity to work remote as many of us did, they continued to serve and protect us through uncertain times. Please protect our first responders, as well as all COP employees, and their ability to make their own decision regarding the vaccine. Threatening employees’ jobs over their personal medical decisions is WRONG.

This mandate is not only Un-Constitutional, but anti-worker, anti-economy, & ANTI-SCIENCE (w all we know about vaccine ineffectiveness, and dangerous side-effects)!
It's ungrateful to all the health & law-enforcement who stood by us. This will de-moralize the City of Phoenix as it crushes the economy further, creates chaos and continues declining public trust in our elected officials.
There is NO BENEFIT to this mandate--Only liability!--VOTE NO!

I oppose this vaccine machine mandate for city employees. My husband happily did his job in the thick of this pandemic and now he is going to be fired for not taking a shot that does not prevent one form getting nor prevent him from spreading this virus. Why is natural immunity that he got while on the job not taken in consideration? I implore the city counsel to vote against this mandate. Show the employees they matter instead of taking away a livelihood that supports families.

I oppose any vaccine mandate directed at any legal, tax paying US citizen. We are protected by the US Constitution.

I strongly oppose the vaccine mandate that the City of Phoenix is trying to force on on it’s employees. I was able to complete my duties through the entire pandemic without a vaccine and now the city says I must take it or I will lose my job. This vaccine does not prevent one from getting nor does it prevent one from passing it on therefore making a mandate ridiculous. We should have the right to choose to take the shot or not and not risk losing our livelihoods.

To mandate a vaccine for all employees is unconstitutional.

I strongly oppose the choice to Force all city members to be vaccinated. This vaccine does not eradicate covid so what is the purpose of it. It would be one thing of it actually did it’s job in preventing people from getting it but it doesn’t. It is essentially a flu shot and the city doesn’t mandate the flu shot so why mandate this? Stop making it a political game and let the people make their own decisions.

I Oppose the unconstitutional mandate of the COVID-19 vaccine on the employees of Phoenix along with any preferential treatment of the vaccinated vs unvaccinated. We know that even if you're vaccinated you can still contract, carry, and spread the virus. My decision to get or not get the vaccine is a personal medical/religious choice and is no one's business and should not need to be accommodated. This is a freedom that no American should have to give up.

I worked through the entire pandemic and now this is being forced. The vaccine was to put an end to the pandemic, but they have proven they can't vax their way out of this, and do not blame the unvaccinated, the vaccinated are spreading it as well. If you want the vaccine, by all means take it, but this is not a one size fits all, and ignoring the mutation of viruses and natural immunity shows this is not about a vitus, it is about control.

Strongly disagree with the vaccine mandate. It is unconstitutional, & violates so many of our rights! My husband has worked through this entire “pandemic,”and the thanks he gets, is being forced to take this shot against his will. Rewarding people for taking this vaccine, instead of rewarding the hard working people who have kept this city up and running this entire time, is such a disgrace! We deserve the right to chose what is best for our bodies. COP you should be ashamed of yourselves!!

Administering a foreign (and imperfect) entity into our body should be met with consent from that same sovereignty. If I do not give consent, that is my right and I shouldn't have my livelihood threatened. What this government is doing is the meddling in the beginning stages of communism. "Communism is an economic system where the government owns most of the factors of production and decides the allocation of resources and what products and services will be provided."

I do not support any type of mandate. We are protected under the constitution to be able to choose for ourselves. The powers that be think they are all knowing. What about the facts? The vaccines don't work, vaccinated people still get Covid, and are super spreaders when they do. Each time the virus mutates, it gets weaker. Leave the workers alone. Follow the science.

Vaccine Mandates are unconstitutional, immoral, unethical and are NOT a law! The City of Phoenix or any government have ZERO authority to interfere with the People’s private affairs or private health decisions! This is not leadership, this is dictatorship! All employees are protected under 21 U.S.C. §360bbb-3.
Under your First Amendment right, The rights belong to the individual themselves.

I strongly oppose the city wide mandate of the Covid vaccination. This is simply not a “one size fits all” solution and that’s what the city is making it out to be. Many of us in the city have worked through the pandemic (others actually treating covid positive patients) and here we are two years later possibly facing termination, plain unconstitutional. If the plan is to get majority vaccinated, they should let the employees make that choice themselves over time and not bully facing termination

Totally unconstitutional. A violation of Individual rights and state's rights. Also a violation of state law.

No one should be forced to inject a foreign substance into their body without Informed CONSENT. Please note the following:

    1.ARS 36-501
    2. Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights Article 6.
    3. Code of Fed Regulations Title 21, Part 50.
    4. Geneva Convention IV 1949 Article 32.
    5. Nurenburg Code of Informed Consent - Missouri vs McNeely, 569 US 2013

If enacted, the City of Phoenix AND it's Council may be liable for extensive legal actions, before and after it is enacted.
