    OPPOSE THE MANDATES! No government, no employer has the right to enforce a medical decision on my body. It is not their right or choice. It is my body not yours! This is an unconstitutional mandate.

    I do no support the Mayor's comments on forcing vaccines. Freedom of choice is Constitutional rights and goes against her oath to protect everyone. During this entire emergency, public workers from fire, police, 911, public works, water, and many other depts stood on the battlefield to make this city run and continued doing this job with no questions. Now the City wants to turn their backs on employees freedoms. Stand with people's Freedom and vote against this.

    My husband has run TOWARD gunfire for this city for 20 years. This mandate will cripple Phoenix which is already critically low staffed. Older officers will retire, younger officers will flee to surrounding agencies that have no mandates and just received 27% raises. It takes certain people to be first responders, and you need to keep the ones you still have. Think of the response times after a mass exodus. Think of the liability that entails. Do the right thing for your city.

    I am strongly oppose medical mandates as it is against US Constitution, against current healthcare rules, and against common sense. Health decisions should be taken personally with medical providers and consent for treatment. Medical mandate will interfere with freedom, as well it will further worsen health condition of individuals and society on physical, emotional and spiritual levels. It will also bring further negative impact on economy.

    Medical status is a person's private information. Based on Az Constitution Article 2 Section 8, "A person shall not be disturbed of his private affairs." 9th Amendment of the U.S Constitution states, "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." We have health rights. Phoenix will fall economically if you do this.

    Mandatory or coerced (ie vaccinate or lose your job) vaccinations is a violation of basic human right to bodily autonomy. Last time someone administered medical treatments without consent in concentration camps, we considered it to be war crimes.

    Mandates are unconstitutional and discriminatory. Medical decisions should be up to an individual not his employer or agency, especially considering that the vaccine in question does not stop infection or transmission.

    Mandating a vaccination as a right to work puts undue economic burden not only on the city/state but also on the individual who believes it is their right to choose what pharmaceutical goes into their respective bodies. Case history has proven that many good people would prefer to lose their source of income than to be forced or coerced into getting this experimental gene therapy. This gross governmental overreach is bad for Arizona and all Americans. Let the people be free to chose.

    Forced vaccinations are unconstitutional. This is America. Land of the free. Myself and my wife have both worked for the City of Phoenix for over 6yrs. We have worked countless hrs of overtime due to our staffing shortages within the fire department. Everyone has. Now we are being forced to take a jab or lose our job.. it’s unbelievable and disgusting that these things are being forced. Let me do my job so I can live my life and provide for my family. Pro choice. Not forced

    I oppose vaccine mandates. They are unconstitutional and wrong for our city workers. If you move forward with this mandate, I fear that the city of Phoenix will be hit with several lawsuits and this will be devastating to our city. Lawsuits could come from those who lost their jobs due to not getting the vaccine and also those who took the vaccine to keep their job and are injured by it. I would not think you would want to be responsible for someone’s vaccine injury or death.

    I strongly oppose the vaccine mandate. We should not be bullied to take something we do not want to take. Also, I had COVID, and the antibodies and immunity from having it are better than receiving the vaccine. This mandate is unlawful and wrong. Last time I checked this was a free country.

    Strongly oppose any mandates! This is America and we should not be run by dictatorship rules. Medical freedom should be allowed to all, instead of forcing gene therapy practices disguised as a vaccine and heavily marketed by the current administration & Big Pharma. Normally real vaccines takes years of data to determine the success of it, but here we are pushing this injection on people as young as 5 years old in some states while completely ignoring growing cases of heart issues etc

    The vaccine doesn’t prevent the virus or stop the spread. Mass vaccination won’t make a difference to ending the pandemic. It is still experimental. People should always have the freedom to choose what’s best for their bodies. No medical procedure should be done to anyone by force. No one should be punished for their personal medical choices. Keep Phoenix a city that values freedom and bodily autonomy.

    There is many unknown side effects, or unkown in general. This is a personally decision that should be made by choice, not force. Everyone individual needs to consider there own health issues if any, and well health individuals shound not be forced or mandated in order to make a living, be accepted in society, to travel, or purchases goods. Freedom of choice should and needs to be honored.

    This policy is an unnecessary intrusion on personal bodily autonomy. The COVID-19 vaccine is an excellent tool to reduce COVID caused hospitalization and death and should be given to any/all who desire it. However, long term effects are unknown and subjecting oneself to unknown risks is a personal choice. Additionally, natural immunity from actually having COVID is as good or better than any vaccine and should be considered as "vaccinated." Mandating vaccine creates more problems than it solves.
