No medical procedure should be forced. Period. End of story.

EO14042 violates several aspects of our constitution and the Nuremberg codes which form the basis of our Federal HHS and UN polices regarding such actions. "Article seven prohibits experiments conducted without the "free consent to medical or scientific experimentation" of the subject." There are always reasons for medical exemptions and this leaves no room for safe and reasonable accommodation including both medical and religious objections.

I strongly oppose the proposed vaccine mandate for city of Phoenix employees. It is unconstitutional and an example of medical tyranny. Consider the known facts about the COVID virus survivability versus the known risks of the inoculations and it is clear this mandate is illogical. Additionally, breakthrough cases abound, proving the inoculation is not protective and is actually leaky. A mandate should not be considered by the city of Phoenix.

Once labeled an essential worker and now considered a threat??

    No logic.
    Stop the madness!
    Fact over fiction.
The community has awoken, this will not end well.

I strongly oppose any and all vaccine mandates. I cite Nuremberg Code number one: “1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion;...”

I strongly oppose this mandate. The vaccines do not stop infection, transmission or death. Requiring someone to take this vaccine is extreme government overreach. Stop this insane mandate and uphold your oaths to support and defend the Constitution. Those who want the vaccine have taken it and if they work those people are protected. If they don’t work then why do you need to force them upon everyone? Is the City prepared for the lawsuits when the mandate is ruled unconstitutional? I doubt it.

Vaccine mandates are unconstitutional. It is none of my business if anyone has been vaccinated or not. We need to stop accepting that one’s medical procedures are public knowledge. This information must stay private. Why is it that someone with AIDS has more protection against discrimination then someone that chooses to not take a biological that has never been tested for safety? You cannot force people to take a pharmaceutical. Their livelihoods should not be determined upon as such.

I am surprised that this is even on the table, honestly. We now know that this injection does not stop transmission. Where is the bodily autonomy? I recently recovered from Covid and the person who I got it from was vaccinated.

I strongly oppose. It's unethical, illogical and baffling as to how as a community we have to even voice an opinion on a potential mandate that's illegal.

Strongly opposed. Medical autonomy is of utmost important.

My medical choices and status is just that. MINE. I oppose of a mandate for a product that has no long term studies and those that are taking this product are basically the clinical trial. The worldwide panic and fear that both media and politics have played in the role of this vaccine and the virus itself is disturbing. The city of phoenix has become a refuge from other states and the economy has grown a lot over the years. It will decline very rapidly if this mandate goes forward

I oppose all mandates. No one should ever be coerced to keep their job by violating their bodily autonomy, least of all with an experimental product. Mandating an unapproved vaccine violates the Nuremburg Code.

Strongly oppose. The mandate is immoral, unconstitutional and unscientific.

I strongly oppose this mandate! No one should be forced to inject anything into their bodies. That Is a direct violation of the Nuremberg code!

Absolutely OPPOSE any mandates whatsoever! Government overreach is completely out of hand. Calling this a "vaccine" is incorrect verbiage, it is a BIO WEAPON and should be stopped immediately as has been proven by thousands of doctors worldwide.

Vote NO to stop tyranny in Phoenix and around the world.
When you choose "safety" over FREEDOM, you will most assuredly LOOSE your freedom.

I strongly oppose anyone being mandated to put a liability-free product into their bodies in order to feed their families.

By imposing this mandate you are abetting the violation all ten articles of the Nuremberg Code and you will be held accountable, so help us God.

I strongly oppose the vaccination mandate. Not only do I believe it is up to each person to decide what is best for themselves and their family regarding vaccination status, this mandate is unconstitutional and a direct violation of city employee’s rights. The city should be looking out for their employees best interests and protecting their rights, not infringing on them. Please do the right thing ethically, morally and constitutionally and drop this mandate immediately

I strongly oppose the mandate. As a parent of 2 vaccine-injured kids, I firmly believe that vaccines are not a one-size-fits-all. It’s alarming that vaccine has more reported deaths and adverse events than any vaccine in history. Please support our right to choose what’s best for our family.

Vaccine is still under emergency use. People should have the right to choose without the risk of losing their job. Bodily autonomy should be upheld. Medical decisions should be up to the individual and their doctor, not the employer.
