I am opposed. Since when has the state of AZ agreed to become a communist/Marxist country living outside the laws that protect us through the Constitution and the Bill of rights? It starts with "show me your papers" and ends with our own elected officials, business owners, and police loading people into boxcars. Stop it now. Stand up Arizona officials! All of you! YOu have the oath to follow!

Vote no on vaccine mandates. Police and Fire are so very understaffed, passing this mandate will have devastating consequences for the citizens in Phoenix. No one should be forced to make a medical decision or keep their employment. The police department will lose officers. It would be more productive to figure out how to retain and recruit officers rather than vote on a mandate that will literally have people turn in thier resignations tomorrow. This is unconstitutional and immoral.

What happened to our FREEDOM? I know what's best for my body and the medical decisons I need to make for myslef. I am more likely to recover from COVID-19 than take an injection that creates long lasting medical side effects. This needs to be stopped immediately.

COMMENT - to comment only, not wishing to speak at a meeting or hearing. I am opposed to the vaccine mandates anywhere within the country, Cove it has a high survival rate and this is all about money at this point. No one should be losing their job over not getting vaccinated

Vaccine mandates violate the fundamental rights of individual liberty and bodily autonomy. The vaccines do not stop someone from getting or spreading Covid. They also carry risk of side effects and damages. Where there is risk, there must be choice. Keep AZ free!

No vaccine mandate for city employees! It will crush the city’s ability to provide the necessary health and safety services. The “ vaccine “ ( not really a vaccine) doesn’t stop you from getting the virus or transmitting it so what’s the point?!?!

    I oppose this EO because:
    1. it is unconstitutional. The Executive Branch CANNOT make laws affecting the people.
    2. CDC and WHO data is misinterpreted to create a false emergency
    3. The vaccine has not been proven to prevent anything, base on recent spikes of covid within the vaccinated population.

The Presidential Executive Order is not law and cannot supersede the United States Constitution.

Oppose the vaccine mandates. I am a health care worker. I have been around this virus for 2 years. I have seen it all. I have seen vaccine reactions and deaths. This vaccine is not safe nor effective. I will not poison my body with this so called vaccine. This vaccine has done nothing to slow down the rates only increased the rates of infection.Once again this vaccine is not safe nor effective. There is no reason to push an ineffective drug on anyone.

I strongly oppose this mandate. No one should have to sacrifice their bodily autonomy in order to preserve their livelihood. It has been proven that this vaccine does not prevent the spread of the virus and by mandating an individual to take a vaccine in order to work, we are endorsing this unconstitutional overreach. Also, who assumes the liability for coersing an individual to take this vaccine and they have adverse side effects? The manufacturers, workplace or the government?

I am voting against this for the rights of my family and other city workers. This mandate is a violation of the constitution and should not be forced upon coercion.

Mandating an experimental medical intervention is dangerous for the individual citizen and reckless towards our communities. Allowing elected government employees the level of control that a mandate provides inappropriately and dangerously places them above individual sovereignty and negates medical autonomy. This mandate will cause polarization of the community, and will harm our economy as a result of work force losses.

Opposed to mandate. This shot is no more effective than a flu shot, and far less vetted. Nobody knows what the long term effects of this experiment will be, and furthermore anyone that suffers any effects will have no legal recourse to cover whatever medical ailments they may suffer from. I am a 9 year City employee and now my career is in jeopardy if I refuse to get a shot. If people want to get it, they should and those who don't, should not be FORCED or else. Do the right thing, Vote NO.

Coercion is not consent. No one should be forced to take an experimental medical product that lists death as a side effect to keep their job.

The research isn’t there. Respect our rights and respect our bodies. Respect those who have risked their lives for us.

Mandating vaccines and any sort of medical tyranny are entirely un-American and unconstitutional. I very strongly oppose this.

I STRONGLY oppose mandates on anyone, but especially our local heroes. This is unconstitutional. How dare you try to enforce our public servants into something like this. Who is going to respond to our 911 calls?? I will never vote for anyone who supports this mandate ever again. This will do nothing but harm our community.

Please oppose the vaccination mandates. Research does not support that vaccination prevents the contraction, spread, or contagion of the virus; therefore vaccination does not stop community spread. As the numbers show, more vaccination in our community hasn’t lead to dropping cases. Medical interventions should be a personal choice, based on one’s health risks and doctor’s oversight of care. It is inappropriate for the government to make a blanket health choice for all, esp when risks ensue.

Vaccine mandates are unconstitutional, unethical, and dangerous. They fail to respect biodiversity, and the fact that we do not all respond the same way to pharmaceutical products. Where there is risk, there must be choice.
