Vaccine mandates do not take into consideration that everyone is different. Every medication has a list of counterindicators, and side effects. We have not been provided that. Clearly not all bodies react in the same way. A mandate would force some to succumb to reactions and even death. The fact that the pharmaceutical companies can never be held accountable is a huge red flag. Citizens have always had and should continue to have the opportunity to research and make their own decisions.

Strongly oppose anyone forced to do something they don’t agree to. This is coercion and patently un-American.

Considering OSHA has reneged its directive to implement vaccine mandates, a vaccine mandate is not in the best interest of the city’s financial resources and and reputation. Should someone be injured by the vaccine, the liability for the injury we likely fall on the employer, in the court of law. There are thousands of documented injuries in the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System-the ONLY monitoring system we have, which has been studied to be historically UNDER-REPORTED by Harvard.

Strongly oppose any mandates. They are unconstitutional and morally wrong to force anyone to put anything in their body against their will. Period. But also, it doesn’t stop the spread of anything so what’s the point of a mandate? Don’t even think about touching our children.

Please vote NO on any mandates. Protect medical freedoms! Where there is risk their must be choice! No one should have to inject something in their body to keep their careers.

We oppose any and all vaccine mandate for any employee or citizen of Arizona. Medical Freedom and bodily autonomy must be preserved. Any violation of this can cause irreparable harm to our community and our state. Vote NO

I strongly oppose all vaccine mandates, including the Phoenix one. Politicians have no business intervening in personal medical decisions, and forcing people to partake of medicines they either don't want or don't need. This is a gross violation of autonomy, and of the guiding ethos in medical ethics since the 1940s. Vaccines mandates need to be adamantly opposed to protect people's rights and ability to make autonomous medical decisions.

STRONGLY OPPOSE. Our personal medical decisions are just that... personal. Regardless if anyone gets the vaccine or not, it doesn’t affect anyone else in the workplace or community. Bodily autonomy is a human right.

I oppose the mandate. The City can incentivize, but should not mandate this health decision. Morally, it is not right. Also, Phoenix is already short staffed and struggling to hire across departments and with so many employees willing to quit or retire over this, the function of the City will be greatly damaged.

    Oppose!!!
We have a right with freedom to choose and private medical records! With a 98% survival rate there is no basis to force this upon working taxpayers. There is not enough research and no liability to pharma. We need our public safety to not be compromised, as taxpayers that is our right! End the tyranny NOW!

I would suggest that the constitutionality of this mandate is at the very least, subject to further examination before we decide to propose mandates at the expense of individual freedoms. This Mandate represents a very slippery slope to continued loss of civil liberties, such as freedoms of expression, assembly, speech, and privacy, principles on which this country was founded.

The President has no power or authority to mandate a person to get the covid vaccine, We ask that you do not enforce this mandate. It is unlawful and unconstitutional! We cannot continue to allow one group of people to accumulate such dangerous degrees of power.
Our United States of America is based on Freedom & Justice for ALL!
    No Dictatorship!
    Stand up for our rights!!!!

The choice to receive any vaccine must be up to the individual. Coercion and mandates are criminal where injury and death are possible outcomes. Especially because the individuals and families of the injured and deceased can seek no compensation or action.

As an ex Oregonian, I can attest to the destruction of a city a mandate like this could cause. Don't be like Oregon, be like Arizona. Give people a choice. It's the right thing to do. Where there is risk, there must be choice.

oppose the vaccine mandate because we have the right to freedom of choice. We should not be forced or coerced to take a foreign body
injection if we do not for any reason feel safe about it. There is more and more information coming out about the very serious side effects every
day from scientists, physicians, researchers. I am a registered nurse for 37 years and I want my own autonomy. We do not take this lightly. We are
doing our research. Thank you, Cathy Rucker

I oppose the mandate. It is unconstitutional and tyranny. The vaccine does not stop trasmission or infection.

I strongly oppose any medical mandate whatsoever. Anything of the sort is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and it ends there. But in addition, people have the God-given right to accept or decline a medical procedure. It is insanity that this is even an issue, in Arizona of all places in America.

Phx is short staffed, this is a public safety issue! Nov. 12, the 5th Circuit ordered that OSHA “take no steps to implement or enforce” Biden's order, as it is unconstitutional & "fatally flawed". The mandate violates Nuremburg - you MUST STOP coercing and forcing AZ to get mRNA shots that DO NOT prevent transmission or infection. Mandate freedom of medical choice. *Do the right thing*, Bodily Sovereignty Shall Not Be Infringed. All eyes on AZ- we will NOT forget how you vote. VOTE OPPOSE, TODAY
