There are safe and effective early treatments for CoVid from Dr. Zelenko, Dr. McCullough and the Frontline Critical Care Doctors. The vaccines are still under EUA. The approved vaccine Comirnaty is not available in the US and the courts have recently ruled that BioNTech and Comirnaty are not interchangeable but legally distinct. This means there is no approved vaccine and therefore a mandate would be illegal. Please vote no. Our medical freedom is at stake. Thank you!

I Oppose the unconstitutional mandate of the COVID-19 vaccine on the employees of Phoenix along with any preferential treatment of the vaccinated vs unvaccinated. We know that even if you're vaccinated you can still contract, carry, and spread the virus. As a firefighter I've been working around this virus and after contracting it I now have natural antibodies. My decision to get or not get the vaccine is a personal medical choice and is no one's business and should not need to be accommodated.

Please vote NO on the mandate. I've been an employee of the City of Phoenix for 15 years. I've served the city and it's citizens with everything I've have, and now because of this mandate I'm at risk of losing my job unless I violate my religious beliefs. I have filed my religious exemption papers, but who has the right to judge my religious beliefs and practices? Only God does, not some city or federal official. Please protect our constitutional rights to religion and medical privacy.

A person should have the right to choose for themselves if they wish to be vaccinated. Many people have already had CoVid and there are multiple papers now that indicate getting vaccinated may compromise their natural immunity. Also, according to the latest data, Pfizer's shot is approaching 30% efficacy and natural immunity is 99.6% effective or greater.

Vote NO on vaccine mandates! The courts are already finding that the Biden mandate is unconstitutional. Is the city of Phoenix a higher law than the Court? This shot is something that can't be taken off at the end of shift. It will be with every employee 24/7 for life. How can you even think of mandating something that will affect EVERY employee OFF the job?!?! What kick backs are you getting for doing this? Stop the madness! VOTE NO!!!!!!

I am not opposed to the vaccine, I am opposed to a vaccine mandate. People should be able to choose for themselves and for their family if I am vaccinated and can still contract the virus and still spread the virus why does my vaccination status mean anything to other people. If the vaccine makes my symptoms less severe then it’s worth it to me but why is it so important to anyone else if I can still spread it?

I’ve been a city worker for three years now and I’m proud to go serve the community of Phoenix day in and day out. The vaccine status of employees should not be a concern to anyone but the individual. Just as all employees respond to calls where citizens are infected with various health conditions, we don’t get to decline the call. This mandate will do nothing but harm the citizens by increasing call times due to city workers leaving to neighboring departments to find work. Vote no!

There is not one answer of why one person would so adamantly choose to not get the vaccine and there is not an exemption form adequate to gather such personal decision. Employees are already fleeing to other employment, retirement, planning to quit or being fired. This mandate, if continued, will dismantle this city and this city will never be the same. Those that will leave are the some of the best this city has. Forcing or coercing this vaccine is not the appropriate route.

I am opposed to the mandate. I am not opposed to the vaccine or those that feel they want it. All city of Phoenix employees should have free choice. I have family friends and neighbors who have been adversely affected by the vaccine. My mother developed A Fib right after the shot according to her cardiologist. My neighbors have not felt the same since the shot. They both coughed up multiple blood clots and had bleeding issues. A week after that he passed from a stroke clot in brain. Side effect

What happened to our constitutional rights as Americans? I am opposed to putting this poison into my body even if it means I will lose my job serving the citizens of Phoenix.

There is no precedent for a president of United States to issue a vaccine mandate. We live in a constitutional republic this is not a dictatorship. We have the right to choose our own medical care. We do not need the government telling us what we need to do with our bodies. The city of Phoenix employees are hard-working people and do not need to be subjected to illegal mandates. Please vote no on this that is the only way to vote.

Please support the City of Phoenix employees and their individual rights by not imposing vaccine mandates. When COVID hit and the world seemingly came to a halt, public safety employees kept going to work to answer the 911 calls, respond to crimes, fight fires, provide medical help, crisis support, and more. Please support them and all employees now by respecting and protecting their right to make their personal medical decisions without fear of losing their job. Say no to the mandate.

This is an unconstitutional executive order. We really shouldn’t even be having this discussion. This is an insult to all those men and women who have died for our freedom in our country. The only way to vote on this is a “no way” vote.

I am a 20 year employee and stand to lose my job not because of my behavior but because I oppose a vaccine mandate. I am the bread winner for my family. We own a home and cars based on my salary and pay for my kids extra curriculum activities. What are we supposed to do if I lose my job? Rent is higher than my mortgage. If you approve this mandate, which is unconstitutional, you are messing with people’s lives

This mandate needs to be stopped. I’m a resident of Phoenix and love my city but this governmental overreach is embarrassing and disgusting. It goes against everything that our country stands for. It is blatantly disregarding our citizen’s constitutional rights. Our city will struggle if this mandate is enforced. PD and Fire already have staffing issues. We can’t afford to lose anymore of our heroes. Please think hard on this topic. Our City’s future depends on it. PLEASE, stop this mandate!

I have been a City Of Phoenix Firefighter for 27 years.I am in disbelief by the. unlawful and unconstitutional violation against the employees of Our city. The abrupt resignations affecting all city services will result in
exacerbation of the cities ability to provide services
We expect our city Council to honor the responsibilities and obligation to the citizens they serve!
Protect our constitutional rights, reject the unlawful, illegal and unconstitutional vaccine mandate!

I am extremely opposed to the experimental “vaccine” mandate, or any health mandate!!!
Most fire & police employees have had covid and therefore natural immunity, which true science shows is much better than a vaccine. We need our first responders!!! Forcing a vaccine that has a record of many injuries and deaths is a crime against humanity!!! Don’t choose federal $$$$ over the lives and health of our City of Phoenix employees!!!
