Please do NOT make our families choose between a vaccine and career that we love. It is unconstitutional and unethical. It is no ones right to choose what we do or don't do to our own bodies. There is not enough information and research on what this vaccine will do to our bodies. We support Responsible vaccinations with long term research and information.

This mandate is unlawful and unconstitutional. This is an infringement on human rights. This is my body, and therefore my choice in what I chose to do with it. My God gave me “free will,” and I have the right to decide what I do with it, as does anyone else on this planet.
This has caused me and my family mental anguish, extreme stress, and unnecessary division amongst ourselves.
If safety is the primary concern here, then enforcing this mandate would put the citizens of Phoenix in danger.

I oppose vaccine mandates. Employees should not be forced to face termination and the loss of a financial stability or a pension. Medical interventions are a personal choice and require informed consent. Data suggests that these vaccines may reduce significant symptoms in the individual yet do not protect others around them. The choice to seek alternative methods of reducing this same risk should be mine alone. Using termination as leverage to gain compliance is inappropriate.

I adamantly oppose this order. It is both illogical and immoral for the City to intrude into its employees personal medical decisions and force the cities unvaccinated workforce to get vaccinated against their wishes. It has been proven that this vaccine does not keep people from either getting or spreading covid. Many of these employees have been on the front lines from the beginning and have already easily recovered from covid. The City has caused much undue stress on its workforce. JUST WRONG

I absolutely oppose the vaccine mandate. It is completely unethical, unconstitutional, and simply doesn’t make any sense. The largest study from Israel clearly proves natural immunity delivers 13 times more protection than any vaccine. In the height of this pandemic many of us still showed up to work and provided services to the city long before there ever was a vaccine. Mandates have only produced terrible outcomes. Plz remove this overreaching mandate as it will cripple this city to it’s core.

I am 100% man of GOD! I am 100% against getting the vaccine and will not be getting it. I am not against other that want to get it. I served this community for 15 years without the vaccine. I have had covid in the past. My decision not taking the vaccine doesn’t not affect anyone else. It is wild how this vaccine seems to be more important that the drugs and homeless issues were have in our community. I guess money talks. Money over health, loyalty, and the Phoenix Family. I will not get the💉

Choose to be on the right side of history. Failure to protect the citizens of the city will be catastrophic, for you, your political career, and Phoenix’s future success. Your choice

Mandates and executive orders are not laws. It is up to the City of Phoenix whether to comply and the city needs to stand against tyrannical violations of people's freedoms. The City has no right to force anyone to inject any substance into their body in order to keep their job. This is coercion and it is wrong and you know it! Do not mandate this. It will only lead to more control over our freedoms and will destroy the foundation of our country. FJB

The Presidenial order for a vaccine in order to continue to work is clearly unconstitutional. It also clearly violates the Nuremberg Code. The vaccine has not proven to be effective in any sense of halting the spread of Covid, but has proven to produce terrible side effects and even death! This proposal by the City of Phoenix is an unreasonable agenda in every consideration, and will be found to be a crime against humanity if it succeeds. God help you to come to your senses!

I’m a City employee who is 100% OPPOSED to the mandate! Why would anyone agree to a mandate on a “virus” with a lower morbidity rate than the seasonal flu? If this is about the safety of other employees who are vaccinated, what do they need protected from if the vaccine works? The mandate is illegal & unconstitutional as show in the numerous lawsuits around the country now putting a stay on the mandates. Phoenix cannot afford anymore liability or lower morale.

I Oppose the unconstitutional mandate of the COVID-19 vaccine on the employees of Phoenix along with any preferential treatment of the vaccinated vs unvaccinated. We know that even if you're vaccinated you can still contract, carry, and spread the virus. As a wife of a firefighter he has been working around this virus since day1 when everyone else was scared of it Our decision to not get the vaccine is a personal medical choice and is no one's business and should not need to be my body my choice

I am a City of Phoenix employee and absolutely oppose the vaccine mandate. It is clear this is government overreach and unconstitutional on so many levels. Never in the history of my career has by medical history been scrutinized to the extent at which it is happening NOW. It appears over the last 1.5 years, my vaccine status has never been an issue until today, I ask why? Why now more than ever? Our public safety is in super crisis! I oppose this mandate.

I oppose any mandate that is in complete violation of our constitutional rights. I oppose more you as a government entity that took a position and an oath to uphold our constitutional rights. The citizens of Phoenix along with the COP employees are the victims of these mandates. All of these departments within the city are suffering shortages and this mandate will put the city in even more of a crisis.

I strongly oppose these shots. They are proven not to stop the virus as breakthrough illness numbers are astronomically high. They are proven not to prevent death from Covid. They can cause serious side effects including death. This violates our informed consent, it’s a violation of our human rights but most importantly it violates our constitutional rights. Coercive efforts are Nuremberg Code violations. Stop this now for our City and Country’s sake. Frontline workers all had it and are immune.

I do not support this mandate. I am a City of Phoenix employee and threatening us with our livelihood if we don’t put something in our body is wrong on many levels. Since the beginning of COVID many of us have continued to show up and keep Phoenix running. The employees and their dedication are what make Phoenix a great city. Show your respect for the individual rights of your work force and stop the mandate.

This mandate is unethical and unconstitutional. This isn’t about being anti vaccine, or a right or left battle. This is about our rights to medical freedom. The argument that people have always had to have vaccines to go to school or work is totally invalid. People have always been able to file exemptions for them. Not “Accommodations”! People have not had to be discriminated against and be subjected to unethical testing of a non symptomatic individual just because of there vaccination status.

No person should be mandated, forced, coerced, to do anything against their will in order to provide a living for themselves and their families. No person should ever be forced to inject anything into their body or submit to any medical procedure as a condition of employment or participation in society. This violates all the tenants of discrimination and segregation and cannot be allowed. NO VACCINE MANDATES. We are a free society.

I strongly oppose this mandate. It is unconstitutional and each person should have the right to decide for themselves. It is inhumane to force someone to get the vaccine or struggle financially and lose their retirement.

My husband is a city of Phoenix employee and has been for the pass 5 years. I strongly oppose this mandate because it is making him choose between his livelihood and our beliefs. I urge the council to vote to end the mandate. I would hate for him to leave his job over this.

I strongly oppose this mandate. All persons should be able to make the decision to do what is right for them. It should not be mandated. I urge the city council to reconsider their position.
