As a society, providing these easements is the least we can do for other humans without any place to rest.

You cannot criminalize something that you helped to create. Homelessness is not a crime.

It is cruel to criminalize people for being homeless while neglecting solutions like the shelter bed permit which could alleviate the struggle people in this area face. I am a Phoenix resident and I strongly oppose this item.

I strongly oppose criminalizing being unsheltered and spending money on prisons when the money should be going back to the community. This is an inhumane measure.

I fully oppose this. People need a safe place to rest. We all want to see homelessness end but some would choose to ignore it and lock it away rather than address the real issue with humanity.

Why would you vote to criminalize members of our community? Everyone deserves housing, and if you don't like people living there then help them. Do not punish them for trying to find a safe place to rest. People are more important than property, find a solution that helps the people.
